Refund policy

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days after receipt of the item. After 14 days, please contact us so we can consider your request. Returns of prints and other non-original artwork are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Please note that the return shipping cost is at the charge of the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. It should be returned in the original packaging.

The following types of goods are exempt from being returned or refunded:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items acquired by requests like commissions and other such works
  • Sale items. Only regular-priced items may be returned or refunded.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after you have received it.

Some rules

The returned item must be in the condition it was sent to you. T-shirts that have been worn or washed may not be returned. 

Please pack the items safely and include your name and order number in the box. Shipping with an insured carrier is recommended (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority). Denitza Shop cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
